Mornings start slow by the pool; days are yours to fill. Red Rock Canyon, Lake Mead, and the Hoover Dam are all an easy drive, with championship golf and Raiders and Golden Knights games close by.

And then the part only locals know: speakeasies behind unmarked doors, Arts District galleries and wine bars, and food far better than anything on the boulevard.

“We had a wonderful week here, combining a work trip with our child's birthday and a family reunion. The house is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gated pool was a highlight for the kids, and the hosts were very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to bring our family together, and we’d love to make this an annual trip. We would definitely stay again!”

“I booked this place for me and my wedding party and it fit 18 guest comfortably. We never felt cramped in the space. The property is definitely in a great location, you are close enough to the enjoy the strip but also far enough to enjoy peace and quiet and really close to the airport. Linda and Vincent were really great at responding back in a timely matter and always checking if there was anything we needed. At first, not having access to use the front door was a bit weird but it was not that big of an issue. The only issue we really had was having the uber drives punch in the gate code to drive inside the property. Since the house rules states that they don’t want any cars waiting outside, it was sometimes tough trying to get the uber drives to come inside, especially when you have to order multiple Ubers for so many guest. A lot of them canceled or didn’t even bother coming inside the gate. I would say that was my only issue with this property.”

“Though the outside is nondescript, the inside is beautiful and spacious. We had family in from all over the country for a funeral and this place was perfect. Linda was a great host, responsive and so friendly. Definitely hope to return to this house soon.”
